- The block of Land that I bought, had significant gradient.
As the Owner-Builder, I was a little unsure about dealing with the gradient.
Speaking to local Builders did not help.
Fortunately I came across REDM's consultant and my initial chat gave me adequate confidence to seek REDM's services.
REDM's assistance with a very innovative architectectural solution, certainly helped to solve the gradient related issue.
The architectural solution turned out to be a pleasant surprise, offering more living and utility spaces than that I envisaged.
REDM's support throughout the project, particularly with construction planning, techniques and their support with identifying specialist service providers and suppliers, were immensely helpful and also helped me to achieve significant cost savings.
