Real Estate Development and Management, Australia - referred as REDM, is a professional services business built on several decades of combined experience in the Building and Construction industry in Victoria and Overseas.

REDM's Approach

  • Initial discovery, appraisal, planning and concept development is undertaken with a 'Collaborative' approach, working with the Project Owner, Statutory Entities (e.g., Council) and Other Players as required

  • In doing so, REDM brings their expertise and experience on to the table, thus adding value to the consultation process

  • REDM engages with Statutory Entities to validate the concept developed, work produced, so as to ensure there is alignment between Project Owner's requirements, and Statutory requirements

  • At each key milestone, a level of confidence is developed that would enable the team to move forward

  • REDM does not directly undertake 'Building Work', refer to section below for details.

Building Work

REDM does not undertake Building work.


On behalf of Project Owners, REDM offers their services to…

  • Identify Builders

  • Seek quotes from Builders

  • Review and recommend Builders

  • Review Detailed Plans, Elevations and Documentation produced by Builder, relating to ‘Building Permit’ and other statutory approvals, as applicable.

  • Review Builder's Cost Proposals, Specifications

  • Oversee Builder’s construction work (Due Diligence only)

  • In doing so (above), continually keep the Project Owner engaged and informed, and make recommendations with a view to assist the Project Owner, in their decision making process

  • Other Project Governance services, as required.
