Initial discovery, appraisal, planning and concept development is undertaken with a 'Collaborative' approach, working with the Project Owner, Statutory Entities (e.g., Council) and Other Players as required

In doing so, REDM brings their expertise and experience on to the table, thus adding value to the consultation process

REDM engages with Statutory Entities to validate the concept developed, work produced, so as to ensure there is alignment between Project Owner's requirements, and Statutory requirements

At each key milestone, a level of confidence is developed that would enable the team to move forward
