Met with REDM’s team for an informal meeting to seek advice about a property owned, its potential for sub division and to redevelop the site.
REDM’s team explained what the options were and what was realistically achievable through their strong knowledge of Planning and Building regulations.
Having no knowledge of such matters, REDM team’s warm, friendly manner and professional approach was comforting and appreciated.
Would not hesitate to go back to REDM, should an opportunity arise in the future.

Being the owners of the project, with limited knowledge about home building, we have requested REDM, Australia to be our representative and assist with assuring quality of the design and building of our dream home.
We are very pleased to say that REDM’s consultant helped us to understand the intricacies of home design and building, and advised us on improving the structural strength of the building to accommodate the design improvements.

Given the team member’s breadth of knowledge, a few options could be broadly discussed right away.
REDM’s team member, worked through a few design alternatives with us, to develop a desirable architectural concept, suitable for our Builder to take on board.

Sought REDM’s assistance with conducting a preliminary assessment, to determine the feasibility and options for sub-divisioning and redevelopment.
I found their team member highly customer focused and professional, throughout the engagement.
I am waiting to bring back REDM’s team member, once the formalities are sorted out for combining the two lots.
